摘要
胃乃安是由五味药物组成的复方制剂。应用正交实验设计对其组方进行拆方分析的结果表明:全方抗溃疡的作用效果最好,其中起主要作用的是珍珠层粉和黄芪,其它三味药物(人工牛黄、田七、人参)抗溃疡也起一定作用。珍珠层粉和黄芪剂量加倍,其抗溃疡作用增强。在对离体豚鼠回肠平滑肌的收缩作用中,起主要作用的药味是黄芪。从而证明该方剂组方具有一定的合理性。
Wei Nai An(W.N.A.), a p proved recipe, consists of 5 kinds of Chinese drugs.i.e. Ren Shen(RS),Huang Qi(HQ),Tiam Qi(TQ),Niu Huang(NH)and Zhen Zu CengFen(ZZ). Decoction of W.N.A. obviously induced contractile response of isolated guinea pig ile-um. The results of orthogonal design experiment revealed that HQ is the main element inducing smooth muscle contraction; and also found that the prescription with whole 5 ingredients is of the best anti-ulcer effect on stress-ulcer animal model. It is the HQ and ZZ that exert the major efficacy for inhibiting animal ulcer formation. Other three drugs also contribute to some of the anti-ulcer action. The double dose of ZZ and HQ have more powerful efficacy than the normal dose.
