纺织厂空调喷淋室热湿交换规律的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对空调喷淋室中进行绝热加湿和去湿过程变化规律进行了实验研究。通过大量实验数据,获得了空气流速、水气比、喷水温度、喷水压力等因素与绝热加湿过程中的饱和效率和冷却过程中的全热交换效率之间的关系曲线。 In this paper,on exerimental investigation has been made for the laws of adiabatic humidifying and dehumidifying in the air washer room.Based on the large amount of ex- perimental data,some relation curves have been get between the air velocity,water tem- perature,water pressure,water air ratio and saturation efficiency of adiabatic humdifigy- hag process. The experimeuts show that the air velocty has the greater-effect on the saturation efficien- cy.The greater is the air velocity,the saturation cffucuency.The greater is the air veloci- ty,the greater is the saturation efficiency.If the air velocity reaches 5m/s,the efficiency would reach note the 97%.If the air volocity and water pressure are enhanced,the total heat intertange efficiency would enhanced. The results of the experiments present reliable fundament to the disign and operation of air washer room.
