摘要
本试验在于探讨应用LRH—A_3对提高母畜受胎率的效果。试验组母畜在发情配种的同时肌肉注射LRH—A_3,对照组母畜在发情配种时不作任何处理。试验结果为:水牛试验组的第一情期受胎率是66.03%,对照组是23.09%,试验组高出对照组42.94%,差异极显著(P<0.01);奶牛试验组的第一情期受胎率是72.73%,对照组是45.63%,试验组高出对照组27.10%,差异极显著(P<O.01);猪试验组的第一情期受胎率是92.50%,对照组是72.73%,试验组高出对照组19.77%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明:应用LRH—A_3可以极显著提高水牛、奶牛的第一情期受胎率,显著提高猪的第一情期受胎率。
Tnis trial went into the effectiveness of LRH-A3 on increasing animals' first-cycle conception rates. The female animals in the treatment groups were injected LRH-A3 i.m,when in heat and in service. The female animals in the control group were given no treatment when in heat and in service. The trial results showed that the average first-cycle conception rates had a great significant difference (P<0.01) between the treatment groups (66.03%) and the control group (23.09%) or buffaloes,a great significant difference. (P<0.0l) between the treatment group(72.73%. and the
control group (45.63%) of cows,and a significant difference (P<0.05) between the treatment group (92.50%) and the control group (72.73%) of sows. It is concluded that the application of LRH-A,can greatly improve the first-cycle conception ates of buffaloes and cows and sows.
