摘要
对二甲基重氮氨基偶氮苯(DMBDAB)的合成、性质及其与Hg(II)的显色反应进行了初步研究。在Tx—100存在下,于PH=9·2处,Hg(II)与DMBDAB形成红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为512nm,摩尔吸光系数为1·47×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。DMBDAB具有较高的选择性。
A new spectrophotometric reagents-DMBDAB has been synthesized The Color reaction of DMBDAB with Mercury( I I )in presence of Triton X-100 has been studied.Jn basic media, the Color reagent with Hg( II) form a red Complex immediately In presence of Triton x-100 it's absorption maximum is at 512nm and the molar absorptivity is 1.47×105 1·mol-1·cm-1 The Calibration curve obeys Bee's law for mercury in thi range of 0-25μg/25ml The micro-amount of mercury in waste water was determined by this method
