摘要
对20例经手术证实的心内膜垫缺损的心电图改变进行回顾性分析,其特征性改变为心电轴左偏和左前分支阻滞、一度房室传导阻滞,与其它先心病心电图重要鉴别点。
A retrospective analysis of ECG about 20 patients with ECD which was confirmed by operation revealed that ECD produces characteristic ECG changes,such as left axis deviation, left anterior fascicular block and first degree atrio-ventricular block. It is very helpful to the differentiation of ECG evidence of ECD from the others.
