摘要
采用Hansen氏法对临床来源的血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)及微球菌260株鉴定得到10种CNS,其中表皮、溶血和腐生葡萄球菌占可鉴定至种水平CNS的84.4%。用杆菌肽区分表皮与溶血葡萄球菌的准确性为95.3%。氧化酶区分CNS与微球菌,准确性为98.1%。进而提出一种简便的CNS常规鉴定流程以区分上述三种 CNS。检测了CNS对11种抗生素耐药性,结果表皮及溶血葡萄球菌耐药严重,而腐生葡萄球菌耐药率却很低。
A collection of 260 clinical strains of
coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS) and
Micrococci was tested according to Hansen
scheme. Ten species were identified, of which
S.epidermidis, S.haemolyticus and S.saprophyticus
accounted for 84.8% of all identi-fied CNS. S.
epidermidis could be differentiated from S.
haemolyticus by bacitracin with 95.3% accuracy.
Oxidase test was used to distinguish CNS form
Micrococci with 98. 1% accuracy. A simple scheme
for routine identification of CNS was designed to
identify the three species above. Antibiotic suscep-
tibilities of CNS were detected with eleven antibi-
otics. Many strains of S.epidermidis and
S.haemolyticus showed resistants against the
common used antibiotics, while the resistance
rate of S. saprophyticus strains was very low.
