摘要
目的:观察ZCOL-1、ZCOL-2、ZCOL-3对实验性胃溃疡的作用.方法采用小鼠无水乙醇和大鼠醋酸分别致胃溃疡模型,考察ZCOL-1对抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。结果:ZCOL-1、ZCOL-2、ZCOL-3均能使小鼠无水乙醇所致胃溃疡的溃疡面积明显减小(p<0.05)。在大鼠醋酸胃溃疡模型的实验中,ZCOL-1(50,100mg·kg^(-1))与蒸馏水组比较有明显差异(p<0.05).结论:ZCOL-1对无水乙醇所致胃溃疡模型和大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡模型具有很好的预防和治疗效果。
Objective To study efects of the ZCOL-1,ZCOL-2 and ZCOL-3 on experimental gastric ulcer and get a medicine who showed the most conspicuous pmphylactic efect.Methods In order to inspect the efects of ZCOL-1 on experimental gastric ulcer from the prophylactic efect and the thempeufic eficacy,we used the model caused by absolute alcohol in mice an d the model caused by acetic acid in rats.Results ZCOL-I,ZCOL-2 And ZCOL-3 could reduc ethe areas of gastric ulcer caused by absolute alcohol in mice(p<0.05).ZCOL-I(50,1 00 mg.kg^(-1)) showed obvious diferences from the group who was gived distilled water(p<0.05).on the model caused by acetic acid in rats.Conclusion ZCOL-1 showed obvious efects on the gastric ulcer caused by absolute alcohol and acetic acid.
