摘要
750kV开关设备现场交流耐压车载试验平台通过优化设计研究,包括平台整体设计、电场分布仿真计算、轴荷分配与质心稳定性校核等,将750kV成套变频串联谐振试验装置和辅助系统集成于车上,无需依赖外部吊装设备,自动化控制水平高,接线方便。通过将国内最高电压等级的750kV整车耐压试验平台成功应用到某±800kV特高压换流站,工作效率至少提高了5倍。
By optimization designing,including the overall design,calculation of the electric field,axle load distribution and centroid stability check,etc,750 kV switchgear live AC voltage vehicle test platform integrates 750 kV complete series resonant frequency test equipment and auxiliary systems in a car.The platform needn' t relying on external lifting equipment,which has high level of automation and easy to wire.The 750 kV voltage test vehicle platform which has the highest voltage level has successfully applied to a±800kV HVDC converter station,the work efficiency is increased at least five times.
