摘要 IEC61850标准支撑了变电站统一建模和站内智能电子设备的互操作,为变电站实现智能化的高级应用打下了坚实的基础。智能报警系统综合站内数据实时分析本站及周边的故障和异常扰动,是站内高级应用的重要组成部分。本文针对某220kV智能变电站进行了智能报警系统研究,通过解析变电站配置文件构建诊断信息模型,结合实时收集全站事件顺序记录信号(SOE)和录波文件,能够快速给出故障诊断结果与可视化展示,并使用仿真算例验证了该系统的有效性和先进性。 The IEC61850 standard,which supports the unified modeling and the interoperability of intelligent electronic equipment in the substation,has laid a solid foundation for the advanced application.The intelligent alarm system can real-time analysis the data failure and abnormal disturbances by the integrated inside data of the station,which is an important part of advanced applications.In this paper,the intelligent smart alarm system of a 220 kV substation is researched.By analyzing of the substation configuration file,the diagnosis information model is built.Combined with the real time acquisition station event sequence recording signal(SOE)and recorded wave file,the fault diagnosis results can be given quickly and visual display.The effectiveness and advancement of the system are demonstrated by the simulated examples.
