摘要
我国稠油资源十分丰富,据估计约为250亿吨左右,占石油总地质储量的28%。这些稠油主要分布在东北的辽河油田、东部的胜利油田、西北的克拉玛依油田及中部的河南油田。其中,储量最多的是辽河油田,绝大部分稠油埋藏深度为1000~1500m。由于稠油富含胶质和沥青质,黏度高、密度大和流动性差,给其开采和集输带来很大困难。降低稠油黏度和改善稠油流动性是解决稠油开采、集输和炼制问题的关键。本文重点研究采用化学方法对稠油进行降粘,并进行一系列的降粘实验,通过实验研究乳化稠油降粘效果及使用条件,并最终做出评价。
The heavy oil resources in China are very rich,It is estimated that about 250 million tons.The heavy oil is mainly distributed of the Liaohe Oil field in the northeast,Shengli Oil field in the eastern,Kelamayi Oil field in the northwestern and Henan oil field in the central.Among them,the largest reserves is the Liaohe oil field,and most of the heavy oil is depth at 1000~1500m.Because heavy oil is rich in resin and asphaltene,high viscosity,density and poor mobility,it cause great difficulties to their exploitation and gathering.Reduce heavy oil viscosity and improve liquidity is the key to solve the problem of heavy oil recovery,gathering and refining.This article studies the chemical method of heavy oil viscosity,and carry on a series of experiments of viscosity reduction.Through the experimental study of emulsified heavy oil viscosity agent viscosity effect and using condition,and making the evaluation in the end.
