摘要
研究了一种可见分光光度法测定二氧化硫脲含量的新的显色体系。二氧化硫脲在碱性条件下具有极强的还原能力,可以将磷钼酸铵还原为磷钼蓝。其最大吸收波长为710 nm,据此建立了一种测定二氧化硫脲分光光度法。该方法的线性范围为0.200 2~18.02 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.89%,加标回收率为95.34%~105.7%,检出限为0.12 mg/L。该方法操作简单、可行且易于控制,重现性好。对样品中二氧化硫脲含量的测定,结果令人满意。
A new color system of thiourea dioxide determination by visible spectrophtometry is studied in the paper.Causing the strong reduction ability of thiourea dioxide under alkaline conditions,Ammonium phosphomolybdate can be reduced to phosphomolybdate blue,which has the maximum absorption wavelength of 710 nm.Accordingly,a new spectrophotometry of thiourea dioxide determination is established.The linear range of this method is 0.200 2 ~ 18.02 mg/L.The relative standard deviation is 0.89% and the spiked recovery is 96.10% ~ 101.3%.The method is simple,practical and easy to control,and good reproducibility.The results are satisfied for the determination of thiourea dioxide on some samples.
