摘要
建立了高速磨削弧区集中热量分布模型,并推导出高温合金高速磨削时磨削弧区工件表层温度分布的理论解析式,进而利用理论计算公式实现了对单层钎焊有序排布CBN砂轮磨削高温合金磨削温度场的数值仿真计算,并对模型进行了验证,确证了所建模型的可靠性。
A model of the concentrated heat distribution in the grinding zone during high speed grinding is put forward. The theoretical analytic formula is established to solve the grinding temperature filed on superalloy workpiece surface layer for high speed grinding. Furthermore,the grinding temperature during high speed grinding by single-layer brazed CBN grinding wheel with orderly arrayed abrasive grains is calculated. Finally, the prediction ability of formula is evaluated. It has been confirmed valid that the new formula accords with the practice of high speed grinding.
