摘要
高校财务管理在激烈竞争的市场环境下突显了很多问题。面对这些问题,高校财务管理人员和相关人员结合实践经验研究出绩效评价制度,有效的解决了财务管理工作中遇到的问题,但该制度的推广和实施还有待进一步研究。下面本文将对绩效评价制度对高校财务管理的作用进行简单分析。
