摘要
我国社会正呈现结构老龄化趋势,带来老年人违法犯罪绝对数量增长的问题。老年人犯罪原因、危害性、累犯性和矫正过程,都有其特殊性,适宜从宽处理,且应该废除老年人犯罪的死刑。
Chinese society is rendered structure aging trend, bring the old problems increase in the number of illegal crime absolute. The elderly crime reason, harm and recidivism and correct process and has its particularity, is suitable to show leniency, and the elderly crime of the death penalty should be abolished.
