摘要
如今大学生就业已经成为了一个全社会关注的问题,农业院校的女大学生作为一个特殊的群体,她们的就业问题也越来越受到重视。文章就这一问题,从农业院校女大学生就业难的主要表现、原因、对策这三个方面进行了一系列的探讨。
Now, the employment problem of university students has become a concern of the whole society. As a special group, the employment problem of the agricultural university female students got more and more attention. This paper will probe into the main expressions, causes and countermeasures about the problem.
