创造力的心理测量及其在教育领域的应用

The psychological measurement of creativity and applied in the field of education

摘要 目前,大部分关于创造力的测量都是存在局限性的,并且评价的标准也是缺乏公正和客观的。本文从心理学的角度阐述了创造力的构成,创造的过程属于直觉思维过程还是理性思维过程,如何将创造力进行客观地量化等,并由此对教育领域创造力的培养也具有一定的启示作用。 At present,most of the measurement on the creativity is limited,and the evaluation standard is also lack of objectivity and impartiality.This paper describes the constitution of creativity from the angle of psychology,the creative process belongs to intuitive thinking and rational thinking process,how to objectively quantify creativity,and has the certain enlightenment function on the cultivation of creativity in the field of education.
