摘要
阐述了法学教育的发展历史,通过与发展较为成熟的美国法学教育体系进行比较,提出了我国当前法学教育中存在的目标定位过于理论化,办学层次参差不齐,课程设置缺乏针对性等问题。造成这一现象的主要原因是中国传统文化及对法律的实践作用认知不足,在分析问题的基础上,建设性地提出了关于法学教育目标、办学层次、课程设置等方面的完善措施。
Through comparing with the developed law education system of the USA, the problems in the current law education are proposed, such as too theoretical targeting,uneven school level, the lack of specific curriculum etc. The main reason of these problems comes from is that the Chinese traditional legal culture does not match the practical utility. Based on these problems, the constructive suggestions and solutions, including education orientation and education school level and curriculum organization and so on, have been proposed on the reform of Chinese law education.
