摘要
高校教师绩效评估作为高校人力资源管理的一项核心活动,对开发高校教师资源、促进高校教师个人和群体发展以及组织发展具有重要作用。国外学者围绕高校教师绩效评估的目的、评估内容、多元评价主体、评估反馈方法等方面展开了研究,其给我们的启示是,国外高校将公平、公正、科学、合理的教师绩效评估体系视为高校管理组织中不可缺少的一部分,树立教师与高校共同发展的绩效评估理念;选择多元化评估主体和注重评估结果反馈与应用应该是中国高校教师绩效评估工作管理中需要努力的重要方向。
Performance evaluation of college teachers as a core activity of university human resource management, which has important effects on college teachers' resources and group development and organization development. Foreign scholars around the university teacher performance evaluation purpose, evaluation content, evaluation subject, evaluation of multiple feedback method and other aspects to study, its enlightenment to us is, foreign universities take the fair, reasonable, scientific teacher performance evaluation system as an indispensable part of college management organization, establishing the performance evaluation concept of the common development of teachers;choice of pluralistic evaluation subject and focus on the evaluation result feedback and application should be an important direction of management need to work on performance evaluation of Chinese university teachers.
