摘要 本文主要以文献法的研究方法对心理拓展训练在体育教学中运用的理论价值进行研究,认为拓展训练可以很好地提高学生的心理素质、社会适应能力,体现素质教育的内涵,有利于全面推进素质教育,体现课程改革的理念,有利于深化体育课程改革。为深化学校体育教学改革提供参考和借鉴。 The value training theory applying in teaching in sports carries out the main body of a book on mentality Open up an exhibition mainly with document law research method studying, think that Open up an exhibition shows the acclimatization training psychological quality, society being able to improve a student very good, the connotation embodying quality education, is beneficial to pushing forward quality education all round, the idea embodying course reformation, the course beneficial to deepening sports reform. Be to deepen the school sports educational reform providing a reference and drawing lessons.
