21世纪已经进入了网络化时代,网络技术正在渗透到社会的各个领域,网络文化改变着人们的学习、工作、生活乃至思维方式。网络信息的便捷,网络应用的普及,网络技术的迅猛发展,不仅对高等教育改革和发展带来重大而又深远的影响,同时给高校思想政治教育工作带来全新的机遇,面临更多新的挑战。
The twenty-first Century has already entered the era of network, the network technology has penetrated into every field of society, the network culture is changing people's study, work, life and way of thinking. Network information convenient, the popularity of network applications, the rapid development of network technology, not only bring great and far-reaching influence on the reform and development of higher education, and bring new opportunities for the ideological and political education work, face new challenges.
