摘要
中小企业融资问题是各国普遍面临的世界性的难题,具有复杂性、综合性、交叉性等特点。传统的规范性、定性化研究方法已经不能对这一问题进行有效的解决,必须结合数学模型、仿真模拟、信息技术定量化和技术性分析手段。因此,提出基于金融工程技术的中小企业融资创新研究方法,其目的是探讨将数值计算和仿真模拟等工程技术方法综合运用于中小企业融资工具创新性设计的有效方法与途径。本文集中阐述了中小企业融资的相关概念及内涵,围绕中小企业融资可能引起的相关问题做了相应的分析。就我国中小企业所面临的融资困境进行论述,本着对中小企业走出融资困境进行相关理论分析,最后根据中小企业融资所面临的各种问题提出了相应的解决措施和建议。
The financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises is the world difficult problem facing every country in the world, has the characteristics of complexity, comprehensive, cross-cutting. The traditional normative, qualitative research methods are not effective to solve this problem, must according to the mathematical model, simulation, quantitative information technology and technical means of analysis. Therefore, the innovation of financing method of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the financial engineering technology, the aim is to explore the method of the engineering numerical calculation and simulation. By using effective SME financing tool innovation design method and way. This paper focuses on the concepts of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and the connotation, focusing on issues related to the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises may cause has made the corresponding analysis. It discusses the financing difficulties of SMEs in China are facing, in the small and medium-sized enterprises out of the financing difficulties of related theory analysis, according to the problems of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions.
