摘要
本文提出了利用传输曲线分析电光强度调制器谐波失真的新方法。本方法利用传输曲线的多项式拟合函数和电光强度调制器的输入参数直接计算得到谐波失真。通过实验验证了本方法的可行性,并与傅里叶分析法对比证明了该方法的准确性。
A new method is proposed for the distortion characterization of electrooptic intensity modulator based on polynomial transfer function. The harmonic distortion of electrooptic intensity modulator can be analytically expressed by the polynomial coefficients and input parameters. Simulation and experiment are designed and performed to check the accuracy. The results with our method are in good agreement with the measurement.
