摘要
方波交流TIG焊工艺在铝合金结构中得到了广泛的应用,为了实现焊缝成形的自动控制,本文开发了一套针对熔池成形的视觉传感系统,该系统包括外触发装置、CMOS图像传感器、焊接电流传感器及滤光装置。同时,开发了一套图像处理算法,包括灰度拉伸、高斯平滑、边缘检测及边缘曲线拟合等步骤,通过该算法提取了完整熔池边界。
Square wave AC TIG welding technology has been widely used in the aluminum alloy structure. In order to realize automatic control of welding form, this paper develops a set of the weld pool forming visual sensing system, the system includes external trigger device, CMOS image sensor, welding current sensor and filter device. At the same time, a set of image processing algorithms, including gray stretch, Gauss smoothing, edge detection and edge curve fitting, is developed, the weld pool boudory is then extracted finely.
