摘要
针对运动控制编程语言,研究了PLCopen运动控制编程语言国际标准,基于PLCopen标准设计实现了一种运动控制器。采用PLCopen标准定义的功能块模块模型,实现了运动控制器的图形化编程模式。研究了PLCopen标准定义的模块间关系,设计了一种打断锁,实现了PLCopen标准定义的模块间不同模式的交互方式。在基于Berimiz开源开发平台上,以单轴模块,验证了运动控制系统的可行性。
The program languages of motion control system are studied, and a motion control system is designed based on PLCopen standard, which is the international standard about motion control program language. The motion control system used graphical programming language, and the model of function blocks in PLCopen standard is applied. In order to realize the Aborting function, the mechanism of aborting is designed and the communication among function blocks is realized. Lastly, the function blocks of single axis are verified based on beremiz platform, a open platform of development IEC 61131-3 standard, and the system is feasibility.
