摘要
水库淤泥可塑性高、敏感性能高,需要掺入添加剂改善其性能。系统研究了水库淤泥混合料烧结制砖工艺性能和干燥性能。研究发现,随着煤矸石、泥岩和炉渣掺量增加,混合料的成型含水率呈下降趋势,其成型状况未下降,试件表面及棱边均光滑,湿坯强度较好;随着煤矸石和炉渣的掺量由20%增加到40%,混合料干燥敏感性系数及干燥线收缩率均有所下降,且干燥敏感性系数降至1.0的临界线以下,水库淤泥干燥性能得到改善,坯体适于快速干燥;泥岩可塑性较好,当掺量为20%和30%时,试件的干燥敏感性系数较水库淤泥略有提高,并超出快速干燥工艺临界线上限,这两组混合料的干燥工艺应适当控制,防止坯体产生裂纹;试件经恰当干燥后均无裂纹产生,干坯强度较好。
Reservoir sludge has high plasticity and high sensitivity,it needs to mix some additive to improve its performance.The processing properties and drying properties of the sintering brick made by reservoir sludge mixture have been studied in this paper.The result shows that,with the increase of the coal gangue,mudstone and slag content,the moisture content of the mixture is on a declining curve,and the forming condition don't dropped,the specimen surface and edge are all smooth,the strength of wet is preferable.With the coal gangue and slag content increases from 20% to 40%,the dry sensitivity coefficient and drying linear shrinkage ratio of the mixture are all declined,and the dry sensitivity coefficient has dropped to 1.0 under the critical line,the drying performance of reservoir sludge has been improved,the porcelain body is suitable for rapid drying.The plasticity of mudstone is preferable,when its content is 20% or 30%,the dry sensitivity coefficient of the specimens is higher than reservoir sludge,and it is beyond the upper limit of the critical line of fast drying process,the drying process of these two mixtures should be control properly to prevent the porcelain body cracks.The specimens don't crack after appropriate drying,the strength of the dry billet is preferable.
