摘要
目的:本研究建立大鼠胶原诱导性关节炎(Colla-induced arthritis,CIA)模型,探讨蒙药森登-4对关节炎大鼠的抗炎作用及治病机制。方法:建立牛II型胶原诱导的大鼠CIA模型,计算大鼠足爪肿胀度及关节评分,HE染色进行病理检查,影像学X线检查踝关节病变,MTT法检测大鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖情况。结果:蒙药森登-4有效部位能有效减轻CIA大鼠的炎症状况,缓解并抑制病情的发展。结论:该研究为蒙药森登-4在蒙医临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供一定的理论基础。
Objective:This study established bovine type II collagen-induced arthritis model in rats to investigate the Mongolian medicine Sendeng-4''s anti-inflammatory effect and healing mechanisms on arthritic rats. Methods:Establish bovine type II collagen-induced arthritis model in rats to calculate the paw swelling and joint score,HE staining for the examination of pathological,X-ray imaging for the examination of ankle lesions,MTT assay for the proliferation examination of rat spleen lymphocyte. Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Sendeng-4 effective parts can effectively mitigate the in-flammatory condition of CIA rats,relieve and suppress the progresses of disease and this study provided theoretical basis for the Mongolian medicine Sendeng-4''s clinical treatment in rheumatoid arthritis.
