基于管理学中"新木桶理论",以知识共享为中介,探索建立高职院校教学团队管理上的知识共享新机制,为高职院校建设"双师"素质的教学团队寻求新思路和提出相关的可行性建议。
Taking knowledge sharing as an intermediary,the paper explores a new knowledge sharing mechanism of building the teaching team management in vocational colleges based on the new buckets effect.It aims to find new ideas and offer related proposals for building the 'double qualified'teaching team in higher vocational colleges.
