摘要
转轮裂纹问题严重危害到了水轮机运行效率和使用寿命,动应力是导致裂纹的重要原因,展开水轮机转轮动应力分布规律和成因机理研究,可为水电机组安全、高效运行提供技术指导,具有重要的科学与现实意义。本文从理论计算、数值模拟和测量技术三个方面,综述了国内外水轮机转轮动应力的研究方法,列举了典型的国内外研究案例,分析了各研究方法特点,对动应力研究方法的发展方向做出了展望,总结了转轮裂纹的大致原因,从设计制造和运行等方面给出了转轮的防裂建议。
Since dynamic stress is an important cause of runner crack and both the efficiency and service life of turbine are serious harmed by the runner crack problems,the distribution and formation mechanism of runner dynamic stress should be put into research.All these dynamic stress research works can provide some technical guidance for the safely efficient operation of hydropower units and have important scientific and practical significance.The progress in turbine runner dynamic stress research at home and board is reviewed from three aspects:theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental measurements. Some typical dynamic stress research methods are focused on.Finally,the development direction of dynamic stresses research methods was put forward.Also the generally cause of runner cracks and the advices that prevent runner cracks are given.
