摘要
文章研究的CTCS-3级列控RBC(Radio Block Center)子系统是铁路信号列车控制中一个基于无线通信的实时控车系统,其控车功能是CTCS-3级列控系统功能的核心组成部分。在京广高速铁路线路上,所有高速列车的运行速度均由核心设备无线闭塞中心决策、控制,无线闭塞中心能否正常工作将事关整个铁路的运营效率。由于该设备结构复杂且刚投入使用,笔者结合相关工作经验总结出了RBC故障处理流程图,以使无线闭塞中心的故障处理在铁路领域规范化、标准化,使RBC维护人员在遇到故障时,能更准确定位故障所在并更快的处理故障。
The subsystem of CTCS-3 train control RBC,a real time signal train control system with radio communica-tion,constitutes the core of CTCS-3 train control system.All trains on Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed line drive at a speed determined and managed by RBC.Whether it goes smoothly is well related to the operational efficiency of the en-tire line.As a structurally complex and newly-made installation,no ready information is available.The authors fill the gap with their experience and provide a troubleshooting flowchart to standardize the troubleshooting process of RBC, which enable an easy and accurate location of failures and a timely treatment by troubleshooters from RBC.
