5-HT2C受体的RNA编辑作用 被引量:1

摘要 5羟色胺2C(serotonin,5-HT2C)受体是一种G蛋白耦联受体,在中枢神经系统中有着广泛的分布。5-HT2C受体的表达具有特殊的转录后修饰过程,即由腺苷酸脱氨酶(ADAR)介导的腺苷酸(adnosine,A)到肌苷酸(inosine,I)的RNA编辑。由RNA编辑所引起的5-HT2C受体表型的改变,影响着5-HT2C受体介导的一系列功能,包括对情感、认知、焦虑等的调节,并参与精神障碍疾病的发病过程。本综述旨在对目前5-HT2C受体的RNA编辑作用的相关研究加以整合。
