摘要
[目的 ]了解七方胃痛胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。 [方法 ]对 78例消化性溃疡病人进行随机分组 ,并随机抽取 4 0例作为治疗组 ,以七方胃痛胶囊治疗 ,另 38例作为对照组 ,用雷尼替丁胶囊治疗 ,对患者的症状疗效、溃疡愈合评价、溃疡复发情况进行比较。 [结果 ]经过 6周的治疗后 ,治疗组与对照组在降低症状积分、临床治愈率和有效率以及溃疡愈合率上比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但在S2 期获得率和停药半年后复发率中比较 ,有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]七方胃痛胶囊能改善消化性溃疡患者的症状 ,促进溃疡愈合 。
Objective]To study the clinic theraphy of The Capsule of Qi Fang Wei Tong.[Methods]Total 78 patients are randomly assigned to treated group(40) or control group(38). The treated group was given The Capsule of Qi Fang Wei Tong, while the other with The Capsule of Ranitidine.[Results]After the 6 weeks` theraphy, treated group and controlled group have no significant difference in lowing symptoms integral , clinical healing rate, efficiency and ulcer heal rate.(P>0 05).But have a significant difference in relapsed rate in six months later also in getting rate of S 2 (P<0 05).[Conclusion]The Capsule of Qi Fang Wei Tong can improve gastric ulcer's symptoms , accelerate ulcer's recovering , enhance the quality of healing rate.
