摘要
目的:观察黄芪建中汤在胃溃疡治疗中的应用价值。方法:对我院2011年10月~2012年4月收治的62例胃溃疡患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组患者总有效率(87.10%)明显高于对照组(70.97%),1年随访后,对照组复发率(32.26%)明显高于观察组复发率(22.58%);差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三黄建中汤治疗胃溃疡疗效确切,可显著降低胃溃疡的复发率,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the application of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction value in treating gastric ulcer. Methods:From October 2011 to April 2012, 72 cases in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The total efficiency of observation group (87.10%) was significantly higher than control group (70.97%), 1-year follow-up, tthe recurrence rate of control group (32.26%) was significantly higher than the observation group (22.58%);The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:It is curative effect on treating gastric ulcer with the Huang Jianzhong decoction, can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of gastric ulcers, and improve patient quality of life.
