摘要
应用虚拟激励法,通过计算机数值模拟,分析了悬臂双盘转子系统在轴承回转随机动力激励、转子不平衡随机激励和地面随机地震激励下的随机响应.分析结果表明:轴承回转随机动力激励对轴承的随机响应影响较大,对圆盘的随机响应影响较小,轴承刚度差应控制在一定的范围内;悬臂端圆盘和非悬臂端轴承的随机振动应该提起更多的关注。
With the method of pseudo-excitation, the random response of a cantilever double-disc rotor system under bearing rotary random excitation, rotor imbalance random excitation and ground random seismic excitation were analyzed using computer numerical simulations. The results showed that the bearing rotary random excitation has a larger effect on the random responses of bearings, but a smaller effect on the random responses of disks, so the bearing stiffness difference should be controlled within a certain range; more attentions should be paid to the random vibration responses of the disk at the free end and bearings at the clamped end.
