摘要
目的探讨反复腹痛患儿及其家族成员人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-DQA1、DRB1、DQB1等位基因频率的分布.方法收集完整的7个反复腹痛患儿及其一级和二级家族成员49人的血液标本,用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法进行HLA-DQA1、DRB1、DQB1基因分型检测.结果反复腹痛患儿家族HLA-DRB1、DQA1等位基因与其反复腹痛症状存在对应的"链性现象".结论 HLA-DRB1*09、HLADQA1*0302及HLA-DQA1*0601等位基因可能与反复腹痛症状相关.
Objective To explore the allele frequencies of human leukocyte antigen-DQA1、DRB1、DQB1 of children with recurrent abdominal pain and their family members.Methods The technique of polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) technique was applied to identify the allele frequencies of HLA-DQA1、DRB1、DQB1.Results There was a corresponding 'chain phenomenon' between HLA-DQA1,DRB1 allele and recurrent abdominal pain symptoms in children with recurrent abdominal pain and their family members.Conclusions HLA-DQA1*0302,HLA-DQA1*0601 and HLA-DRB1*09 allele may be associated with the symptom of recurrent abdominal pain.
