摘要
为克服传统天波超视距雷达作战效能评估技术的局限性,提高天波雷达作战效能评估可信度,提出了基于模糊神经网络的作战效能评估模型。该模型将神经网络、专家系统、模糊推理等技术有机结合,既能处理模糊知识,又能进行自学习,克服了人为因素和模糊随机性对评估结果的不良影响。仿真结果表明,评估结果更为合理可信,并具有良好的鲁棒性。该模型可为天波超视距雷达的研制、改进、优化部署和作战使用提供辅助决策依据。
In order to overcome the limitation of the traditional operational effectiveness evaluation technology and improve the reliability of operational effectiveness evaluation,an estimate model is proposed based on fuzzy neural network using some intelligent technologies,such as neural network,expert system,and fuzzy logic. The model can deal with fuzzy knowledge and have selfstudy ability. The estimate model overcomes the subjective and random fuzzy influence,and has a good robustness. In the end,a simulation is given to validate the effectiveness and reliability of the estimate model. The result can give a reference to the decisionmaking of the development,improvement,optimized deployment and combat application of the radar.
