摘要
【目的】研究外源亚精胺处理对低温胁迫下辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长的作用效果。【方法】用不同浓度外源亚精胺浸种后将辣椒种子置于15℃低温条件下进行萌发,测定种子发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数和活力指数,再以萌发的种子于15℃低温条件下生长,每隔2 d添加一次亚精胺溶液,测定幼苗根长、苗高、根鲜重、根干重、地上部鲜重、地上部干重等指标。【结果】不同浓度亚精胺处理对低温胁迫下辣椒种子萌发、幼苗根长、根鲜重、根干重均有促进作用,以0.10 mmol/L处理效果最为显著;对地上部鲜重、地上部干重则无明显影响;低浓度亚精胺处理对幼苗苗高具有促进作用,高浓度则具有抑制作用。【结论】适宜浓度的外源亚精胺诱导可增强辣椒种子及幼苗的抗冷性。
【Objective】This research aims to study the effects of exogenous spermidine on seed germination and seedling growth of pepper under low temperature stress.【Method】Pepper seed was soaked in different concentrations of spermidine and then germinated under 15℃ low temperature conditions. The germination potential,germination rate,germination index,and vitality index were measured for seed germination test under 15℃ low temperature conditions,and then the seed that had germinated were put at 15℃ low temperature stress to grow. Exogenous spermidine was added every two days. Seedlings root length,seedlings height,root fresh weight,root dry weight,shoot fresh weight,and shoot dry weight were measured for seedling growth. 【Result】The result indicated that different concentrations of spermidine could improve seed germination, seedling root length,root fresh weight and dry weight of peppers under low temperature stress,and the optimal concentration of spermidine was 0. 10 mmol / L,but the spermidine had no obvious effect on shoot fresh weight and dry weight; low concentration of spermidine played an active role in promoting the seedling height but too high concentrations showed opposite effect.【Conclusion】Appropriate concentration of exogenous spermidine can enhance the cold resistance of pepper seeds and seedlings.
