摘要
社会转型期,整个社会心态处于游移和彷徨之中。非法吸收公众存款罪作为市场经济发展中产生的一种经济犯罪现象,与其它犯罪相比,更易激发社会矛盾,影响社会稳定。对非法吸收公众存款罪的行为认定应注意分析该罪行为的特点,揭示非法吸收公众存款罪隐蔽性更强,危害性更大等危害特征,并对非法吸收公众存款罪进行综合性的防控。
In the period of social transition,the social mentality is in a fluid state. Crime of illegally absorbing public deposits is an economic crime appearing in market economy development. Compared with other crimes,it brings about more social contradictions and affects social stability. This paper defines the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits of legal nature analysis and reveals its damage characteristics and puts forward the prevention and control measures
