Synthesis of butyraldehyde 1,2-Propanediol Acetal using H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2 as Catalyst

摘要 以H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,探讨H3PW12O40/SiO2对缩醛反应的催化活性,用正交实验法研究了反应物料配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对反应的影响.结果表明,在n(丁醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.4,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的1.0%,带水剂环己烷的用量为6 mL,反应时间为60 min的优化条件下,产品收率可达87.9%. Butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from butyraldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of H3 PW12 O40/SiO2 .The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of butyraldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1∶1.4, the quantiy of catalyst is equal to 1.0%of feed stocks, the volume of cyclohexane as the water -carrying agent is 6 mL, and the reaction time is 60 min.H3 PW12 O40/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal and its yield can be up to 87 .9%.
