摘要
文中分析龙岩市大型连锁超市节日配送存在需求预测失真、配送模式落后,配送管理压力大、供应商管理不善等一系列问题,并针对这些问题进行剖析,再提出解决办法,从而保证龙岩市大型连锁超市持续、快速、健康地发展。
This paper analyzes a series of problems in Longyan about the large supermarket chains' Festival distribution in anamorphic demand forecasting,backward distribution mode,too much distribution management pressure,deficient supplier management and.And then it puts forward the solutions,so as to ensure the large supermarket chains to develop sustainably,rapidly,healthily in Longyan.
