摘要
在文献研究,访谈和词频分析基础上,以消费者视角选取了B2C电子商务物流配送的七个评价指标,并通过调查问卷获取这些指标的相对重要性程度,用因子权重的排序估计法确定了各个指标的权重,建立起B2C电子商务物流配送评价指标体系,为电子商务企业有针对性地提高物流配送服务质量提供参考。
At the basis of literature,survey and word frequency study,seven indicators of logistics distribution were picked out in customers perspective.A questionnaire was designed to analyze the relative importance degree,then the weights of seven indicators has been calculated out,an evaluation system was established to help B2C enterprise to improve the distribution service quality.
