摘要
发展林下经济是巩固集体林权制度改革成果、促进绿色增长的迫切需要,是提高林地产出、增加农民收入的有效途径,目前已经取得明显成效。该文对琼海市塔洋镇林下经济模式进行了探究,为琼海市塔洋镇林下经济持续发展和促进农民增收提出了可行性建议。
Forests economy development is to consolidate the collective forest tenure reform achievement and promote green growth of urgent need, is to increase the output, the effective way to increase farmers' income, has achieved significant results. Taking the town Tayang QiongHai as an example to explore places in economic model, for the undergrowth the Tayang town Qionghai of sustained economic development and promote the farmers' income feasible suggestions are put forward.
