摘要 技术联盟为组织获取和学习外部知识提供了良好的机会,仿生学方法成为揭开技术联盟组织间知识转移规律的有效手段。文章从知识的生物属性出发,构建了一个包括知识菌株、知识母体、知识酶、知识环境、知识技术、发酵吧、新知识等7种发酵要素的技术联盟组织间知识转移的类生物机制模型,进一步探讨其内部"融知转移发酵"的知识重构与知识扩散过程后,认为加强各发酵要素的培育方能确保技术联盟组织间知识转移的顺利实施。最后,结合中国3G技术联盟案例印证了类生物机制模型的合理性。 Technology alliance provides organization with a good opportunity to acquire external knowledge,and the bionic method is an effective means to uncover the rule of inter-organizational knowledge transfer in technology alliances.Based on the biological properties of knowledge,a bionics mechanism model of inter-organizational knowledge transfer in technology alliances was constructed by seven biology fermentation elements including knowledge strains,knowledge body,knowledge enzyme,knowledge environment,knowledge technology,knowledge fermenting bar and new knowledge.Furthermore,its procedure of knowledge reconstruction and transmission from internal knowledge transferring and fermenting is deeply explored.The results indicate that cultivation of fermentation elements can guarantee the success of inter-organizational knowledge transfer in technology alliances.Finally,the rationality of bionics mechanism model is verified by the case of Chinese 3G technology alliances.
