摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比、回流时间为自变量,分别研究乙醇浓度为50%、60%、70%、80%时,回流温度为40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃时,料液比为15、110、115、120时,回流时间为40min、60min、80min、100min时新鲜枸杞和枸杞废料中的原花青素得率。结果表明,枸杞废料中和新鲜枸杞中都含有原花青素,且原花青素得率没有明显差异。
The optimized extraction conditions for procyanidins from fresh lycium chinense and residue of lyceum chinense were determined by using the single factor experiments.Concentration of ethanol,extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid,return time were taken as independent variables.Reserching on the affection of extraction of procyanidins in lycium chinense under the different concentration of ethaol in 40%、50%、60%、70%、80%,The different temperature in 40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃.The different ratio of material to liquid in 15、110、115、120and the different reflow times in 40min、60min、80min、100min.The results showed the procyanidin yield was not in difference.
