摘要
采用理论模拟和IVA(inductive voltage adder)产生的脉冲X射线,研究了PIN探测器输出电荷随脉冲辐射强度的变化关系。结果表明,当入射脉冲辐射注量是PIN探测器最大线性电流对应注量的16.2倍时,PIN探测器输出电荷仍然与脉冲辐射强度呈线性变化,偏离线性小于5%。
The relationship between the output charge of PIN detectors and the intensity of the pulsed X-rays was investigated numerically and experimentally on an inductive voltage adder(IVA).It is shown that the output charge of PIN detectors remains linear when the fluence of pulsed X-rays is 16.2times as large as that causing current saturation in the detec- tors.The deviation of the charge linearity is less than 5%.
