摘要 胞质转导肽(CTP)是一种可携带生物活性大分子(蛋白、多肽、核酸等)转运到细胞胞质的新型转导肽.大部分CTP以及CTP融合蛋白拥有胞质定位而非细胞核定位特点.另外,CTP具有独特的器官或组织趋向性,以及高效的膜穿透能力,这些显著特点使其在感染性疾病、癌症、白血病等疾病治疗领域受到广泛关注.此文综述了CTP的分子结构、转导特点及其在医学领域中的应用. Cytoplasmic transduction peptide (CTP) is a new type of transduction peptide to deliver a large variety of bioactive macromolecules into cytoplasm,including proteins,peptides and nucleic acids.The majority of the CTP and CTP fusion protein remain in the cytoplasm after transduction rather than in the nuclear.In addition,CTP displays its unique organ-tropisms and tissue infiltration properties,and exhibits an efficient ability of intercellular transport.These significant features of CTP have received extensive attention in the medical field,including infectious diseases,cancer and leukemia.The molecular structure and transduction characteristics of CTH and its applications in medical practice are summarized in this article.
