摘要
采用以Cortex-M3为内核的STM32F107作为主控制芯片的直流电子负载,外围电路包含电流电压检测、声光报警提示、320*240彩色液晶显示、Boost升压等,内置PID控制算法,实现恒压、恒流、恒阻、恒功率、开路5种工作模式,并具有串口通信、USB2.0通信及SD卡存储等功能。经测试,该直流电子负载运行平稳,可测试电压范围广,精度较高,响应速度快,具有一定的使用价值,可广泛地应用于蓄电池等电源类产品的测试。
In the DC electronic load circuit,the Cortex-M3 is the core and STM32F107 is the core control chip and its peripheral includes the current & voltage detection,sound and light alarm,320*240 color LCD,boost circuit and so on.The build-in PID control algorithm can achieve five working patterns as follows:constant voltage,constant current,constant resistance and power and open circuit modes.The serial communication,USB2.0 communication and storage capabilities of the SD card are also supposed.The test shows such advantages of the circuit as steady working,wide testing voltage range,high precision,and fast response,which can be widely used in testing of the same power products as storage batteries.
