摘要 2007年10月~2011年6月,我科应用锁定加压钢板治疗28例股骨远端骨折患者,效果满意,报道如下. 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例资料本组28例,男20例,女8例,年龄22~70岁.闭合骨折26例,开放骨折2例.15例有合并伤:颅脑外伤4例,胸部外伤4例,髌骨骨折3例,胫腓骨骨折1例,锁骨骨折2例,多发软组织损伤1例.骨折按AO分类:A型10例,B型4例,C1型7例,C2型5例,C3型2例.
