摘要
主要考虑滚珠丝杠不同的安装方式对进给系统热变形的影响。首先建立滚珠丝杠传动过程中热传递和热变形的数学模型,然后基于有限元法对滚珠丝杠系统的温度场和热变形进行数值模拟,得到不同安装方式下滚珠丝杠温度场的分布规律以及温度对丝杠变形的影响关系,最后进行实验验证。
In this paper,considering the influence of ball screw under different installation on thermal analysis of feeding system,a mathematical model of thermal transmission and thermal distortion is established.The finite element method is used to implement the numerical simulation on the model,the results of temperature field and thermal distortion and the relations between screw deformation and temperature are obtained,with experimental verification.
