摘要
2013年4—5月,养殖户杀禽减苗、杀禽减损的现象较为严重,让人们既为小鸡苗的悲惨命运叹息,又为养殖户的前途担忧,更为广大城乡居民以后的"菜篮子"着急。在H7N9禽流感过后,禽蛋产品面临供应不足甚至断档的风险与日俱增,其价格存在大涨的可能性很大。家禽养殖业关乎广大群众的切身利益,禽蛋作为老百姓"菜篮子"中的一部分,如果价格像过山车一样波动过大,势必会造成城乡居民生活成本的上升和生活压力的增大,也势必会引发大家的恐慌情绪,影响群众生活质量和社会和谐。
From Apr.to May in 2013,it was very serious that farmers killed poultry to reduce the loss and the number of poult,which made people worry about the tragic fate of little chicken and the future of farmers,and feel more anxious about the non-staple food problem for the majority of urban and rural residents.After H7N9 avian influenza,the risk of eggs products under-supply even interruption was increasing,and the prices were more likely to rise.Poultry breeding industry related to the immediate interests of the broad masses.As a part of non-staple food,if eggs prices fluctuated like rollercoaster,the living costs and life pressure of urban and rural residents will increase,which will lead people in panic and affect the quality of the masses′ life and social harmony.
