摘要
面对云服务环境下供应链活动的特点,如动态性、可组合性和不确定性等,提出了基于服务时间、服务质量、服务成本、可用性、信任和信息6个维度的量化评价指标体系,并设计了适合云环境的维度属性和量化的数学模型,同时构建了适合于云供应链活动最优的评价函数。在一个面向活动的服务资源组合维度评价的案例下,采用统计工具分析了影响传统供应链和云供应链活动的重要指标,并以此评价了云供应链管理的特点。
Facing with the characteristics of supply chain supported by cloud service environment,such as dynamic,composability,uncertainty,a six-dimension evaluation index including service time,service quality,service cost,availability,dependability and information was proposed.Then a mathematical model that suits for cloud computing service and formulate assessment function was established.And an optimum evaluation function of cloud supply chain activities was presented.At last a case of cloud manufacturing services resource combination assessment oriented to activities has been presented,in which statistical tools were used to analyze the important index between cloud supply chain and traditional supply chain; and the advantages and disadvantages of supply chain management were evaluated under cloud environment by these analysis tools.
